CHS Senior Girls Track Team finished 3rd overall…only behind Russellville and Jacksonville! A great start to the 2026 Season!

Congratulations to our Junior Girls Track Team! The Lady Jackets finished 3rd overall at a large meet in Heber Springs Tuesday night—coming in just behind Vilonia and Beebe!

We also had several athletes place in the Top 8, earning ribbons. Great job to the following:

4x400 Meter Relay -Boys 5th Place: Ethan Rice, Remington Pike, Eli Carlton, Ashton Born.

Noah Emberton--8th in Pole Vault

4x400 Meter Relay Girls 3rd Place: Lily Whitmire, Harper Hutchins, Maddie Olmstead, and Bella Bradley

4x100 Meter Relay 4th Place--Maddie Olmstead, Bella Bradley Madison Bonds, and Avery Fleming

Junie Smith--6th in Pole Vault

Hollie Hensley--1st in Triple Jump, 2nd in Long Jump, 3rd in 200 Meter Dash, and 5th in 300 Meter Hurdles

Madison Bonds--2nd in High Jump and 8th in 300 Meter Hurdles

Kiya Jackson--6th in Shot Put, 7th in Discus

Amelia Swartz--8th in Shot Put, 3rd in Discus

Avery Fleming--1st in 200 Meter Dash, 4th in the 100 Meter Dash

Henley Stoltzfus--6th in the 1600 Meter Run (the mile) and 4th in the 800 Meter Run

Clinton Elementary is excited to host our Kindergarten Swarm for all upcoming Kindergarten students! This special event is a great opportunity for future Yellowjackets and their families to visit the school, meet staff, and learn more about what to expect in Kindergarten.

Reminder we have one more Cheer Try Out Clinic coming up this Wednesday!

Join us for our upcoming tryout clinic! This clinic will give participants the opportunity to learn and practice skills ahead of tryouts in a supportive environment.
Please note that the clinic is not mandatory and will not affect team placement during tryouts.
💰 Cost: $10 per day
We encourage anyone interested in trying out to come sharpen their skills, build confidence, and get a feel for the process before official tryouts. We look forward to seeing you there! 🐝📣

Schedule Update:
The 7th grade track meet scheduled for this afternoon at Heber Springs has been canceled. 7th Grade track will be competing in Mountain Home on Monday, March 30th.
The junior high meet scheduled for March 31st will now be held at Mountain Home.
